Charming getaway with good morning sounds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, awakened by the beautiful symphony of birds each morning. The on-site dining was a treat, especially the satisfying breakfast options. A tip , ask for room 6 for an ideal bird-watching experience!

Location: the hotel was adjacent to nice other restaurants, an exotic garden with a lot of plants, and club house...

loved my 2 nights stay. in my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with ac, nice balcony, as example and that was great. the personnel were supper friendly and amiable and made me feel welcome.

Severely lacking in bathroom hooks for towels!!! Internet connection often unreliable!!! It would have been nice to receive a map or local recommendations upon arrival.

Small hotel in a nice area near the lagoon, centro Bacalar, and club house. Spacious and cozy rooms provided with nice balcony and kitchen, for example. Super friendly and incredibly nice venue employees all round. Particularly good location, minutes from Parroquia de San Joaquin Church.

Big size and cosy rooms with ac, and lovely pool. Great amenities like an iron, coffee/tea making machines, and a multi-channel television;))

The beach club was a amazing spot to unwind, with free kayaks enhancing our adventure. Our room had a lovely pool view, adding to the relaxing atmosphere during our stay.

The staff's attention to detail made our stay good, particularly their promptness in providing us extra blankets when the first night was chilly.

The internet connection in the room was quite unreliable, frustrating when we needed to stay connected.

Loved the balcony in our suite, but the humidity was uncomfortable.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway

We were really impressed with the excellent cleanliness of the room! The front desk was super diligent, helping us connect to a better wifi connection when ours was weak, which saved us a lot of grief. And let me tell you, that restaurant across the street, it was so good, we ate there every day!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for, and it was still acceptable.

Great pool and beach access. Parking was a bit tight.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Junior Suite with Balcony. The room was super spacious and had a beautiful balcony to chill on. It was really clean and the bathroom was nice with great shower pressure. The only downside was it was a bit humid, uncomfortable at times. But overall, the room was lovely and perfect for our stay.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and a tasty natural juice. I loved the spacious room with a nice balcony perfect.

The location of this place is wonderful, just a short walk from the Seattle Aquarium.

The location of this venue is great, as it's close to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk away from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station in just 15 minutes.
